ARC Maintenance Outages

ARC systems are taken offline periodically to perform essential maintenance tasks which are unreasonable to perform during normal operations. During these outages, the systems and storage will be inaccessible to researchers and students and jobs will not run.

Regular Cycle

ARC has an annual sequence of maintenance outages at regular intervals to help make these service interruptions more predictable. Each year there will be three planned maintenance outages (Winter: late December / early January, Summer: late May / early June, and Fall: late July / early August). The exact dates will vary from year to year but follow similar patterns.
